This User Agreement governs access to and use of the Qwibie Continuity Governance™ platform by authorized organizations and users. By provisioning or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.
Qwibie provides access to a governance workspace that includes the Steward (governance memory and discovery), Convenor (governance event lifecycle coordination), Deliberations (governance-grade discussions), and Document Vault (system of record). Features may evolve over time, but core governance roles and responsibilities remain unchanged.
Your organization retains full ownership of all governance data, documents, deliberations, and records uploaded to or generated within the platform. Qwibie acts solely as a data processor, storing and processing data to provide governance infrastructure and continuity services.
Qwibie provides AI-assisted capabilities to support governance workflows, documentation, discovery, and decision capture. AI outputs are informational and assistive only. All fiduciary duties, decisions, approvals, and compliance obligations remain the responsibility of the board and authorized users.
Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing is determined by the number of governing bodies you administer, not by the number of people you invite; users are unlimited on all current plans and there are no usage-based overage charges. New subscriptions begin with a free trial that requires no payment method and ends automatically unless one is added. Billing terms, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations are governed by your active subscription and payment agreement.
Qwibie does not provide legal, accounting, financial reporting, regulatory filing, property management, or compliance certification services. The platform does not replace board members, management companies, auditors, attorneys, or other professional advisors.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your organization may request an export of governance data within 30 days. After this period, data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
