Paying annually costs ten months instead of twelve. Every feature is included on both plans, and new accounts start with a free 14-day trial that requires no credit card. Organizations with more than five governing bodies can email steward@qwibie.com for sizing.

Does Qwibie charge per user or per seat?

No. Qwibie is priced by the number of governing bodies you administer, not by the number of people you invite. Board members, committee members, officers, staff, property managers, auditors and community participants are all unlimited on every plan, and there are no per-seat fees and no usage overage charges. A five-person board and a fifty-person board pay the same price.
