Qwibie provides AI-powered governance infrastructure for boards and governing bodies, including for-profit boards, non-profit boards, advisory boards, committees, and member-based organizations. The Continuity Governance™ platform serves as a system of record for governance activity, including document classification and management, governance event coordination, structured deliberations, decision capture, and institutional memory preservation.
Qwibie does not provide legal, accounting, financial, or management services, and does not replace board members, management companies, auditors, or professional advisors.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, ensuring accurate information is provided, and using the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
All content, features, and functionality of the Qwibie platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and the Continuity Governance™ trademark, are owned by Qwibie, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their governance data and documents.
Qwibie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
