Qwibie collects limited personal information necessary to provide its Continuity Governance™ platform, including names, email addresses, authentication credentials, and organization details submitted by authorized users. We also collect platform usage and interaction data to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Information is used solely to deliver governance functionality, support authorized access, communicate service-related updates, maintain system integrity, and improve platform reliability. Qwibie does not sell personal information or use data for advertising purposes.
Within the Qwibie governance platform, governance documents, deliberations, and related metadata are stored and processed to support institutional memory and system-of-record functionality. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard safeguards. Access to organization data is restricted to authorized users and governed by role-based controls.
Qwibie uses AI to power the Steward and other governance capabilities within the governance platform. Your governance data is never sold or used to train external AI models. AI processing occurs within secure, isolated environments to preserve confidentiality and institutional trust.
Qwibie does not independently verify the accuracy, legality, or compliance status of information stored on the platform. Responsibility for content accuracy and governance decisions remains with the applicable board or authorized users.
